He has numerous nieces and nephews. Curtiss was preceded in death by his stepbrother, Bradley Lindmark.
Curtiss graduated from Minnehaha Academy in 1989. Following graduation, Curt served in the Marine Corps for thirteen years; Marine security guard at U.S. Embassies and other theaters of operations. While on tour in Bahrain, he met his wife Claire. He continued his education through a Master’s degree from Capella University. In recent years Curtiss has been a business consultant and a Senior Director for Vistra Global Business Services.

My sincere condolences to all of Curt’s family. I was heartbroken to find this out having been out of the country. He was a great friend and former co-worker and we were always challenging one another to continue to grow professionally and personally. He will be missed very much.

I am deeply sad, and I wanted to express my sincere condolences to his wife, children, family and friends. Curt was such a good person, great team player, always trying to help and solving issues. He was one of the most trusted colleagues. We counted on each other for our daily work, and he became a good friend. At the end of any phone call, he would say "is there anything else I can do for you, my friend?" I will miss him immensely. Trust he is in God's presence. Monica Z

I am heartbroken. From Boston, my deepest and most sincere condolences. Here at Vistra (formerly Radius) Curt was our trusted colleague and a friend. He was one of the most professional people I have known. Always helping and supporting us around the complexities of our jobs. There was never a day that he wasn’t around to discuss any issues we brought to him. When I first started my job at Vistra over 5 years ago, Curt was one of the first people I met and he guided me through my new job. While we were not part of the same department, we interacted regularly and always, always, we found solutions. A team player, an absolute good person. I don’t have lots of words to express my gratitude to him for his honesty, support and ultimately, for his work.
